How do I place my order?
Ordering from OrientExpressJewelry.com Jewelry Direct is easy!
1. Register: Just click “Register” to add your personal information such as your name, username, email address and create a password. Once all information is entered, click “Send Registration” and you will receive a confirmation email with activation instructions. 2. Activate your account: Respond to the email by clicking on the link provided or copy & paste it in your browser. This will activate your account. Once activated, you can login at: www.orientexpressjewelry.com any time.
3. Start Shopping: Browse our selection of jewelry and click “Product Details” to see the full description when you find something you like. Then, fill in the quantity box and click “Add to Cart”. Your 1st item is now saved in the Shopping Cart and you can continue to browse and add additional items.
3. Complete Your Purchase: When you have finished adding items to the cart, and if you have a coupon, type the code into the box and then click “Submit.” Your product information will appear. If all information is correct, proceed to “Checkout.”
4. Choose a Ship to Address: If the ship to address is the same as the billing address, click “Default”. Or, if you wish to ship your purchase to a different address, click “Shipping Address” and fill out the information. Then click “Next” to continue.
5. Select a Shipping Method: OrientExpressJewelry.com uses an international package delivery service for your shipments. You will receive an email with your tracking number and link to the tracking service once your shipment is made. For orders shipped from our Lake Zurich, Illinois warehouse you can choose either UPS ground or UPS expedited shipment methods if needed.
6. Review Your Order: Check to make sure all information is correct. Click “Confirm Order” to finalize your purchase. That’s all there is to it!
7. Select Payment Option: Choose either a major credit card or PayPal. Just fill out the appropriate information. Click “Review Order and Continue” to check your order information one final time. If all is correct, click “Pay Now” to submit the order and complete the payment.

What is the Warranty?
At OrientExpressJewelry.com Jewelry Direct we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, just send the item(s) back within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund (less the shipping charges.)
How do I return an item?

2. Pack the item securely and use the original package if possible. Include the return portion of the original packing slip along with the item.
3. If you do not have the original packing slip, please provide your name, address, phone number, email address and order number on a piece of paper and include it in the package.
4. Mail the package via prepaid UPS or Insured Parcel Post to:

When will I receive my refund?
Your refund should be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase. We will notify your credit card company immediately upon receipt and you should receive a credit on your statement within 30 days from the date we received the returned product.
